Location: Coventry - Hybrid 3 days a week in Coventry, 1 Day remote, 1 Day in London - Travel cost for the London trip will be covered
Working hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm or 9 - 5:30
Salary: £30,000 - £37,000
We are working with a Managed Service Provider who are looking for an IT Support Analyst to support their clients with a mixture of BAU and project work. The successful IT Support Analyst will be joining an extremely supportive organisation who continuously progress and expand their employee's skillset.
In addition to this, the IT Support Analyst will become part of a social and supportive team. They are seeking someone who is a quick learner, passionate about IT and has the desire to learn. The IT Support Analyst will be providing face to face and remote support to the Managed Service Provider client in Coventry for the 3 days they are onsite, for the other 2 days, they will be required to support their other clients across the UK.
