Our client is on the lookout for a Head of Product to spearhead the development of their groundbreaking products.In this role, the Head of Product will take the reins on strategic product development, collaborating with diverse teams to shape and implement effective product strategies and roadmaps focused on innovation and operational efficiency.About the role:Ownership of Product Roadmaps: Lead the planning and prioritization of product initiatives.Customer-Centric Approach: Engage with customers to gain deep insights into their needs and pain points.Strategic Product Development: Craft and implement product strategies that align with business goals and industry trends.Streamlined Solution Development: Prioritize efficiency in product development processes to ensure effective delivery.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across Research, Design, Technology, and Business to drive innovation.Product Launch Management: Oversee product launches, ensuring seamless coordination with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.Product Marketing Strategy: Work with marketing to develop effective positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with the tools and training they need to successfully promote and sell products. About you:Experience: 8+ years in Product Management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.Proven Track Record: Successful history of launching and optimizing products (with relevant case studies).SaaS Experience: Familiarity with B2C SaaS environments.Technical Knowledge: Experience with mobile and web applications, chatbots, messaging, voice, and multimodal solutions.Customer Service Tech Background: Experience with customer service applications and technologies.Startup Mindset: Willingness to contribute as an individual contributor while building a product team from the ground up.Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Stakeholder Collaboration: Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including tech, design, and business teams.Growth-Oriented: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile development practices.Clarity in Complexity: Ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, actionable tasks.Team Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams towards shared objectives.Customer Focus: Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering innovative solutions.
