You'll embed Privacy by Design into digital products and help delivery teams navigate GDPR, data sharing and privacy risks in a pragmatic way - using data protection to enable delivery, not block it.What we're looking forProven, hands-on experience producing DPIAs and delivering Privacy by Design within digital/technical projectsExperience working directly with developers, software engineers, data architects and product teamsStrong working knowledge of GDPR and data protection, ideally gained on large-scale transformation or digital programmesComfortable working with ambiguity and finding pragmatic solutions to manage privacy riskConfident engaging with senior stakeholders and communicating clear recommendations and risksStrong interpersonal skills - collaborative, approachable and able to work independentlyGovernment or large-scale digital delivery experience highly desirableData sharing experience and qualifications such as CIPP/E, CIPT or CIPM desirableThe key requirement: you must be a practitioner who is still doing the work - particularly DPIAs and Privacy by Design in a digital delivery environment. Strategic-only data protection/DPO backgrounds are unlikely to be suitable.
