The role:Identify and analyse opportunities for the effective use of AI within business processesDesign and map workflows involving AI and assess their practical applicationLead workshops, engagement sessions and stakeholder discussionsCarry out business analysis and process mapping within digital transformation programmesWork closely with User Researchers, Business Analysts, Project Delivery Managers and senior stakeholdersUnderstand stakeholder priorities, reporting lines and appropriate internal governance channelsDevelop and confidently present proposals, including where those proposals are challengedWork independently while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary teamApply change management principles to support the adoption of new digital and AI-enabled ways of workingWe're looking for:Strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations and practical applicationsProven experience designing AI workflows, use cases or AI-enabled processesStrong business analysis and process mapping experienceExperience facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement sessionsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsConfidence to challenge, defend and explain your recommendationsExperience working across multidisciplinary teamsStrong digital transformation experienceAn understanding of change management principlesPrevious Government / Civil Service / public sector experience would be highly desirableSomeone comfortable operating independently and taking ownership of their work
