Job description
We are looking for a Data Analysis Manager to lead the data-driven initiatives within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Workforce Management (WFM). In this role, you will oversee data analysis, reporting, and strategy development to optimise customer interactions and workforce efficiency.
About the role:
- CRM Analytics: Leverage data to enhance customer engagement, segmentation, and retention strategies.
- Workforce Management Analytics: Analyse workforce data to improve forecasting, staffing, and productivity.
- Data Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize business performance.
- Performance Monitoring: Design and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive insights and recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps and propose data-backed solutions for CRM and WFM efficiency.
About you:
- Proven experience in data analysis, CRM, and WFM analytics.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and WFM systems.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
