They are now looking to hire a Creative Technologist - GenAI to design, test, and scale advanced GenAI workflows that sit at the intersection of R&D, production and hands-on experimentation.This role focuses on building the systems behind the work, ensuring AI tools and pipelines are reliable, secure and ready for real-world creative production.About the roleDesign, build, and run end-to-end GenAI pipelines covering diffusion models, video generation, embeddings and LoRA workflowsTranslate open-ended creative briefs into structured technical builds that can be tested, refined and pushed into productionLead dataset preparation, model training runs and asset versioning within secure environmentsMaintain and support GPU infrastructure across cloud and local development setupsWork closely with creative and production teams to ensure tools and workflows align with real project needsPrototype rapidly across multiple technical approaches to identify the most production-ready solutionsCoordinate with global innovation teams to align standards, share learnings and contribute to best practiceDocument workflows and harden systems for scalable use across multiple clients About you:Proven experience building and managing ML or GenAI pipelines in production environmentsStrong working knowledge of ComfyUI, HuggingFace, LoRA, ControlNet and related GenAI toolingExperience working with cloud infrastructure such as AWS and GCPComfortable working through open technical problems and iterating quicklyAble to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong systems mindset with a focus on reliability, scalability and long-term reuseMotivated by applying emerging technology to real-world creative output
