Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Working style: Hybrid 4 days in the office a week

We are currently working with a rapidly growing Managed Service Provider who are looking to bring in a Service Desk Manager. The Service Desk Manager will be monitoring and managing the KPIs and performance of a team of 4.

The successful Service Desk Manager will be joining an organisation who are keen on internal progression, they will have the chance to move up the ladder as the organisations grows and will have the opportunity to become the Head of multiple different teams.
