This role is ideal for someone who combines strong visual judgement with deep technical fluency in generative AI workflows and thrives in a fast-moving, delivery-led environment.

About the role

  • Create high-quality AI-generated still images and motion assets for real client deliverables, not experimental work
  • Operate hands-on GenAI workflows using commercially available and internally trained models

  • Contribute to the development of internal prompt libraries and knowledge sharing around effective prompting, style control and model behaviour
  • Translate brand guidelines, narrative intent and cinematic language into production-ready AI content
  • Partner with Producers and Project Managers to deliver assets on time and to brief across a fast-paced pipeline
  • Stay ahead of emerging GenAI tools and capabilities, particularly within motion synthesis and mixed media workflows

About you

  • Proven hands-on experience using GenAI models for both image and video generation
  • Working knowledge of leading AI image and motion tools, including platforms such as Freepik AI, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney and Stable Diffusion
  • Deep working knowledge of ComfyUI and cloud-based GenAI environments
  • Strong understanding of building and tuning workflows to achieve reliable, repeatable visual outcomes
  • Familiarity with foundational model behaviour and bias with the ability to harness or bypass limitations to achieve creative intent
  • Strong grasp of cinematic lighting, composition, lens language and production-ready aesthetics
  • Background in post-production, VFX, motion design or high-end digital art
  • Comfortable blending art direction with technical problem-solving
  • Highly detail-oriented, collaborative and curious about emerging creative technology
