Job description

We're hiring a Digital Analytics Specialist to lead the implementation and management of web and mobile analytics infrastructure. This role will focus on the end-to-end setup of GA4 and GTM, ensuring robust data collection frameworks across all platforms. You'll play a key role in shaping the analytics capabilities by collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing teams.

About the role:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) across websites and mobile applications.
  • Design and deploy custom dataLayer structures to support detailed and reliable event tracking.
  • Implement mobile app tracking (iOS & Android) using GTM, Firebase, Amplitude, and Adjust.
  • Integrate GA4 and GTM with third-party platforms including CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and product platforms.
  • Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure consistent and accurate data collection across all digital touchpoints.
  • Debug and validate analytics implementations using tools like Google Tag Assistant, GA4 DebugView, and browser dev tools.
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation including tracking specifications and implementation guides.
  • Support reporting and insights delivery through GA4, Amplitude dashboards, and BI tools.


About you:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and GA4.
  • Strong SQL experience
  • Proven expertise in building and troubleshooting advanced dataLayer configurations.
  • Deep understanding of mobile analytics platforms such as Firebase, Adjust, Amplitude, and GTM SDK.
  • Familiarity with privacy regulations and consent frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on tracking strategies.
  • Experience integrating analytics with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Segment, or similar.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and marketing.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and browser debugging tools.
