A globally recognised technology organisation is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Delivery Manager to lead complex ServiceNow engagements and oversee the successful delivery of enterprise transformation programmes

This ServiceNow Delivery Manager vacancy is a senior client facing position combining ServiceNow delivery, programme governance, commercial management and technical leadership. You will manage a portfolio of engagements, ensuring delivery against SOW commitments while maintaining strong relationships with customers, consultants and internal teams

Responsibilities for the ServiceNow Delivery Manager:

  • Lead complex ServiceNow engagements from initiation through to successful delivery
  • Manage delivery against agreed SOW, budget, milestones and customer outcomes
  • Establish governance, manage risks and issues and drive effective decision making
  • Oversee resource planning and scheduling across multiple client engagements
  • Act as a key customer contact for delivery, resourcing, scheduling and commercial queries
  • Monitor engagement health, consultant performance, utilisation and financial performance
  • Identify scope changes and support Change Order processes where required
  • Work with delivery, practice, finance and commercial teams across the engagement portfolio

Essential Skills & Experience for the ServiceNow Delivery Manager:

  • Strong experience managing ServiceNow projects and enterprise engagements
  • Experience across ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and Platform workflows
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow solution design, architecture and integrations
  • Experience leading large and complex delivery teams and client engagements
  • Strong project management, governance, scheduling and risk management experience
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and SOW commitments simultaneously
  • Experience conducting workshops and defining current and future state solutions
  • Understanding of using AI within workflows, decision making and process improvement
  • Strong customer and senior stakeholder management skills
  • ServiceNow certification, such as CSA, CAD or CIS
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification
