The ‘STAR’ Academy

The ‘Star Academy’ is Involved Solutions’ learning and development programme. We provide training for graduates, entry level talent and experienced recruiters at all stages of their career to help develop them to be as successful as possible. We provide them with the right theoretical knowledge, tools and techniques to become high-achieving specialist consultants; providing consultative solutions to both their clients and candidates. The name ‘STAR’ comes from our values; Success, Trust, Attitude & Respect.  

How do we deliver this?

Our training strategy is to provide each individual with a bespoke and tailored development programme. This is delivered by our Head of Learning and Development Sanjit S. Mohain; an experienced Learning and Development Professional with over 10 years’ experience in sales and recruitment within International FTSE listed and SME organisations. Sanjit leads a team that provides consultative face-to-face delivery, coaching and mentoring as well as distance learning.

Development of our staff is fundamental to Involved Solutions success. For this reason we invest huge amounts of time and money in all our employees. We deliver training and development to all levels from Trainee to Senior Consultant and it doesn’t stop there. We continue to support our employees as they enter management all the way up to Director Level (for more information on our career path please click here).
