Job Title: Workday Lead Salary: up to £85,000 Bonus Benefits Location: Central London but can be remote 2 or 3 days per week
A very exciting Client who has seen continued growth over the last few years is looking to expand their team by hiring a Workday Lead. The client is looking to launch Workday across the organisation within the new future and need someone who can take full ownership of the product.
Responsibilities for the Workday Lead:
* Provide support to end-users, application and performance monitoring, downtime procedures * Analyse, configure and optimise appropriate Workday related Business Process workflows, and conduct testing on defined schedules * Take lead on improving Workday and adding new functionalities in accordance with the businesses' needs * Liaise with the internal Development team on any issues * Create documentation and training material * Facilitate training of Workday * Liaise with Workday customer success team to understand best practice and how Frontier can strive to achieve best practice ways of working * Document current/future systems and processes, helping with training and wider stakeholder communication
Essential Skills for the Workday Lead: The successful Workday Lead will have experience with the following:
* Knowledge of core Workday modules * Past experience providing support and resolving Workday issues * Taken lead and delivered change for Workday * Stakeholder management * Good written and verbal communication skills
Desirable Skills for the Workday Lead: It will be beneficial if you have experience or knowledge of any of the below:
* Documentation * SQL queries * Any relevant certifications
