Product Owner - (BI/D/W) - Tableau - Contract

Rate: Up to £575 per day

The role:

A leading Central Government Institution are seeking a Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence Product Owner, with specific experience / knowledge of Tableau.

You will be responsible for the quality of the Product, which is a Data Warehouse and BI solution that uses Tableau as the visualisation tool.

Experience Requirements

* Use your knowledge of user needs and business goals to frame problems and set priorities for your delivery teams.
* Manage the product through live transition into BAU.
* Support lead and collaborate with other product managers.
* Problem/Issue Management including 1) Asses & Triage 2) Backlog Assessment & Prioritisation 3) Sprint Planning
* Identify and compare the best processes or delivery methods to use, including measuring and evaluating outcomes.
* Help teams to manage and visualise outcomes, prioritise work and work to agreed minimum viable product (MVP), print and scope.
* Demonstrate a working understanding of design, technology and data principles.
* Understand the variety and complexity of users' digital needs and how the product will meet those needs.
* Comfortable working with operational delivery teams in digital, data and technology (DDaT)
* Able to collaborate with user researchers and can represent users internally.
* Understand the difference between user needs and the desires of the user.
* Able to prioritise and define approaches to understand the user story, guiding others in doing so.
