IT Support Analyst - £25,000 - £30,000 - Remote - Afternoon/Night Shifts

I am currently working with a well-established organisation who are looking to expand their Support Team to assist new clients in the USA. This exciting company are looking to recruit a passionate IT Support Analyst to work afternoon/night shifts from Monday - Friday. The successful candidate will be resolving multiple tickets daily on both a 1st and 2nd line basis.

What are you going to do?

The successful IT Support Analyst will be working fully remotely resolving tickets and will be able to get involved in multiple projects including a Backup Data Migration. The IT Support Analyst will also provide support on Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems and need to be capable of remotely troubleshooting software on desktops and other devices.

Essential Skills - IT Support Analyst

Then successful candidate will have experience in the following:

* Windows OS
* Active Directory
* Office 365
* Troubleshooting software issues

Desirable Skills - IT Support Analyst

The successful candidate will have experience or knowledge of some if not all of the following:

* Mac OS
* Linux OS
* Cloud Platforms
* Virtualisation Systems
* Google Workspace
