A leading Central Government Institution are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager, to work on the coordination and implementation of a complex technical change for the transition of in-house identity access management systems to a SaaS-based solution.
This role will best suit an individual who enjoys working as part of a team, is well organised, pragmatic, with a technical mind and delivery focus.
Experience Requirements:
* Understanding of AD / AAD / AD Connect configuration. * Identity Access Management systems * SQL Server databases SaaS systems * Agile Waterfall project management delivery methodologies * Excellent outstanding stakeholder and people management skills * Delivering complex technical changes * Completion of Service introduction checklists * Completion of requirements traceability * Coordination with Change management and the CAB process * Be able to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience, especially relating to delivery challenges.
Responsibilities:
* Analysis for the work packages workstream on data processing surround identity management * Collaborate and manage dependencies with teams across the teams. * Creation of implementation plans * Management and delivery of service introduction checklists * Ensure changes are managed effectively through the CAB process. * Act as an effective point of escalation * Understanding "Identity" technology concepts, grasp new ones quickly and appreciate their implications for delivery.
