Title: 2nd Line Engineer

Contract: Permanent. Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: Up to £35,000

Location: Fully onsite based in Guilford

Start Date: Immediate Start

An exciting client is looking to bring in a new 2nd Line Engineer to join the team on a permanent basis to help grow the team. They are looking to bring in a 2nd Line Engineer who has recent experience with Citrix as well as an understanding of Azure.

The 2nd Line Engineer role is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a renowned organisation who have a passionate team to assist them in their merger as they continue to grow. In the role of a 2nd Line Engineer, you will be involved in lots of project work as well as BAU work. The project work the 2nd Line Engineer will assist in merger between 2 companies which will include merging all their applications and servers.

2nd Line Engineer Requirements:

* Active Directory - resetting passwords, adding and deleting users, setting policies
* Citrix - terminating and restart sessions, setting it up and load balancing
* Networking - know how to do command prompt ping
* Good written and verbal communication skills

2nd Line Engineer - Desirable Skills:

* Understand of Azure
* Intune or other deployment tools
* Windows Server experience
* Experience troubleshooting Office 365 issues.
