Title: 1st Line Support Engineer

Location: Esher - Onsite

Salary: Upto £25,000 Benefits

Contract/Permanent: Permanent

Working Hours : 08:00-17:00pm

Hours per week: 40

THE JOB:

The role of a 1st Line Engineer:

* Working with multiple technologies and getting hands on experience with them
* Troubleshooting a wide array of 1st Line issues using technologies including O365, Active Directory and networking
* Get hands on experience with bespoke technologies
* Handling 1st line BAU problems
* Be the first point of contact for troubleshooting issues and involves problem solving at the highest level
* Get the opportunity to build your skillset and develop into a valued IT Support Engineer

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

Essential Skills:

* Active Directory - Password resets, creation of new users etc
* Office 365 - Basic 1st line support including setting up emails, creation of accounts
* PC Hardware Replacement - replacing keyboards, mouses and other important electronic devices

Additional Technical experience that is desired:

* Networking knowledge
* Intune or MDM knowledge/experience

Soft Skills:

* Reliable - can work in a team but also by themselves
* Team player
* Passion for IT
* Customer Service - clear communication skills and able to articulate easily
