Position: 2nd Line Engineer Location: Remote/London Rate: £200 - £250 per day

Duration: 6 months - possibilities for extension Contract/Permanent: Contract
Working Hours The working hours are 9am-5:30pm and provide remote working with the occasional travel to a client site which will be located within London
The 2nd Line Engineer:
The 2nd Line Engineer will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced and engaging environment it provides good opportunities to learn new technology and further your skills. There is also going to be continuous exposure to project work.
Key Skills of the 2nd Line Engineer:
* Office 365 suite - Outlook/Teams/One Drive * Troubleshooting Active Directory * Knowledge of Spanning Backups * Willingness to learn and attitude towards work
Desirable (but not essential) Skills of the 2nd Line Engineer:
* Microsoft Certifications * Previous experience within Managed Service Providers * Networking - VPN configuration * Experience with any project work * Intune - Mobile device / Desktop Deployments
