My client, an Automotive organisation are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team. This role offers great opportunities for internal progression working alongside a close knit team.
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be expected to work onsite providing support to users across a variety of issues such as network troubleshooting, .
Main Duties of a Service Desk Analyst:
* Providing 1st and 2nd Line Support on a variety of issues * Working predominately based onsite * Ensuring daily checklists are completed and any issues are reported and resolved effectively
Essential Skills of a Service Desk Analyst:
* Windows 7 & 10 - troubleshooting and administration * Exchange - administration of users * VoIP Telephony - administration * Great written and verbal communication skills * Previous experience working on a Service Desk
My client are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to have the above skills and experience, where there is also the opportunity to develop these further with internal training.
Desirable skills of a Service Desk Analyst:
* Experience providing remote support - Desktop Central * Microsoft and Cisco Certifications are highly desirable
