Service Desk Analyst - up to £28,000 Benefits - Stratford
An exciting client of mine that are currently undergoing an IT Change and Transformation Programme across the business and are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team. The Service Desk Analyst will be required to take a lot of ownership for their work to assist the business growth and ensure the high calibre service for new and existing customers is maintained.
The Service Desk Analyst will be a part of a team responsible for setting up and managing the accounts of 3000 users and linking them to an array of technologies within the business. Furthermore, the Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for liaising with Security, HR and other technical teams to assist with them what accounts need to be created, the permissions they require and also ensuring the right security is in place.
The role of Service Desk Analyst will require someone to have strong user/account management experience with Active Directory and have worked in an environment with Azure and Dynamics 365.

* Active Directory - user administration & group policy * Windows 10 * Azure understanding * Dynamics 365 understanding
Service Desk Analyst - Desirable Skills:
* VOIP understanding * Any relevant certifications
