I am currently working with a well-established organisation who are looking to expand their service desk. This exciting company is looking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst to help resolve IT issues. This role will start remotely and will be office-based post lockdown.
What will the Service Desk Analyst be responsible for?
The successful Service Desk Analysts will be assisting with tickets which could vary from password resets to troubleshooting software. You will also support users with Windows devices and need to be capable of picking up new skills coupled with having a passion for IT.
Service Desk Analyst requirements
* Previous Service Desk experience or an IT degree * Excellent communication skills * Great customer service skills * Passion for IT and learning
It would be great if you have experience with some of the following:
* Active Directory * Windows 10 * Troubleshooting VPN issues * G Suite / Office 365 * Epos System support * Hardware support * Experience with ticketing systems * Working within an ITIL environment
