Service Delivery Lead - up to £46,000 Benefits - Stratford
A market leading client are embarking on a restructuring within their IT function to ensure they can provide a better service for existing and new customers. To assist in achieving this goal they are hiring a Service Delivery Lead.
The Service Delivery Lead will work alongside the Service Delivery Manager to ensure the vision of toolsets align with the business's roadmaps and requirements. In this role the Service Delivery Lead will also support the Service Delivery Manager to develop product backlogs and deliver and manage changes to assist the IT department.
In addition, the Service Delivery Lead will assist in the deployment of a new ITSM too as well as also providing reports, analysis and dashboards on the tools to provide insights on potential enhancements and developments that can be made.
Key Skills - Service Delivery Lead:
* Managed any ITSM tool - delivered, maintained and administrated * Worked in an ITIL environment and know what the best practices look like * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desirable Skills - Service Delivery Lead:
* 3rd party management * Any team lead experience * ServiceNow or Cherwell
