The Qaulity Assurance Automation Engineer will be expected onsite 1 or 2 days each week.
An exciting client of mine that are currently undergoing an IT Change and Transformation Programme across the business and are looking for a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join their team. The Quality Assurance Automation Engineer will play a key part in driving the implementation of strategic automation initiatives which will enable better practices for the Delivery Teams.
The Quality Assurance Automation Engineer will be focusing on an online web application project and promoting, creating and executing automation frameworks from scratch to capture incidents before they have a business impact. The Quality Assurance Automation Engineer will also be required to collaborate with a variety of technical teams and stakeholders in the business to relay any issues and ensure a successful project delivery.
The successful Quality Assurance Automation Engineer will have a strong testing background and be able to iterate, innovate, and instigate quality-driven approaches and processes. Furthermore, the Quality Assurance Automation Engineer will also have a get up and go attitude as you will have the ability to shape the role yourself.
* Created automation frameworks from scratch with selenium using C# * Full appreciation of an Agile environment * Experience working in a cross-functional delivery team
* ISTQB certified * Website performance and security testing * Knowledge and experience implementing TDD, BDD and ATDD
