A leading Government Institution are seeking a Project Management Lead, with a strong track record in successful delivery, to support the delivery of a high-profile Immigration programme.
The programme is both high profile and high priority, seeking to design a new strategic legislative and policy framework. This is a 6-month initial contract, Inside IR35.
Experience requirements:
* A proven track record of leading large scale and varied projects and/or programmes successfully, delivering and implementing change in a complex environment. * Experience in working collaboratively across organisational structures and boundaries, actively identifying and managing partners, relationships and dependencies to plan and deliver transformative change. * Understanding of financial control and budget ownership, including development of business cases and realisation of benefits. * In depth understanding and experience of tools and techniques for effective programme/ portfolio management and risk and issue management. * Experience of managing the expectations of stakeholders with conflicting needs and demands and engaging with senior leaders and stakeholders.
