The role:

A Product Manager is urgently being sought by a leading Government Agency for a high-profile Law Enforcement Programme. The role requires active SC Clearance.

As Product Manager, you will help to ensure that the application of product is one that is scalable and sustainable, ensuring adherence to appropriate standard, and centering users in all that you do.

Requirements:

* Leading a team of product practitioners that develops and maintains the product portfolio, including its vision, backlog, and roadmap working with Senior Product Owner and all law enforcement stakeholders
* Directing product managers in the use of product/service data and user feedback to drive evolution of individual products beyond initial releases using a continuous improvement mindset.
* Supporting the Senior Product Owner in fostering key stakeholder engagement to enable delivery of Law Enforcement products (e.g. helping to drive the Business Design Authority and inputting into the Business Change Council).
* Embedding an early and continuous engagement ethos across the Programme, working closely with the lead architect and adoption team to ensure that the product adoption is as frictionless as possible.
* Supporting the procurement, selection and onboarding of new product teams maintaining a watchful eye for divergence while creating the space for teams to collaboratively problem solve for themselves.
* Working with the Head of Product to help define, develop and embed of product standards, guidelines and processes that promote best practice and consistent ways of working across units.
