Job title: 1st Line Support Engineer
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 Benefits
Location: Fully onsite based in Camden

We are currently working with a large Managed Service Provider that are looking to bring in a 1st Line Support Engineer who will be based at a client site. This organisation are very keen on internal progression and have a great progression scheme for their employees. You will receive training and have certifications paid for with the scope for you to move into the 2nd Line team.

To be successful for this position you will need to be keen and passionate about IT and progressing your career in this space. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to work with Azure Active Directory, Office 365, Windows 10 and 11 as well as different hardware devices.

Essential skills - 1st Line Support Engineer:

* Azure Active Directory - Manage users and basic troubleshooting
* Office 365 - Basic troubleshooting, set permissions and work with licenses
* Windows 10/11 - Basic troubleshooting
* Hardware support - PCs, Printers, Laptops
* Minimum 6 months experience within IT

Desirable skills - 1st Line Support Engineer:

* Someone who is keen about IT and keen to progress their career in this space
* Someone who is on the ball
* Experience working with a Managed Service Provider or Retail organisation
