Location: Remote - 1 day per week in either London, Manchester or Bristol (whichever is closest to your home location)
The role:
This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of designing and delivering an enhanced remuneration offer for DDaT professionals that supports the rapid development of digital and data capability across government.
As the DDaT Benefits & Reward Lead you will:
* Lead and inspire a team of subject matter experts, supporting their growth and development and acting as a core part of the wider DDaT Workforce and Capability * Team leadership * Be responsible for the cross-government maintenance and continual improvement of the DDaT Pay Framework and supporting allowance policy and application both at delegated and SCS level * Support departments to adopt, implement and evolve the DDaT Pay Framework and associated allowances within their organisation, at all grades * Work with Civil Service HR and external bodies to benchmark DDaT pay & reward data on a quarterly basis * Work with the wider DDaT Workforce Strategy and Transformation team to ensure that policy proposals are data driven, that the employee value proposition remains market competitive and that remuneration is factored in as a key consideration in the DDaT strategic workforce plan and sourcing strategy * Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within departments, HR centres of expertise and wider industry
