3rd Line Engineer - 6 Month Contract - Remote

Rate: Up to £300 per day

Location: Remote - Ad-hoc travel to Manchester

IR35: Outside

The role:

A market leading organisation is looking for a 3rd Line Engineer to join their highly talented team to support their office and data centre remotely. As the 3rd Line Engineer, you will be providing 2nd and 3rd Line support for the Infrastructure and Network

This an initial 6-month contract, Outside IR35 and paying up to £300 per day

Essential Skills for the 3rd Line Engineer role:

* Experience building and maintaining windows 2012 to 2022
* Experience in upgrading and deploying Windows 10 to 11
* Previous experience working with Windows Server services such as RAS, DHCP, DNS
* Good understanding of RDS 2016 configurations
* Veeam backup and replication 9.5 and 11
* VMware vSphere 7 with ESXi 6.5 and 7.0
* Server hardware, Dell and HP rack mounted
* Server hardware management, iDRAC and iLO
* Good understanding of core networking concepts layer2/3
* Azure administration Office 365 and infrastructure services
* Exchange 2016 on prem
