Job title: 1st Line Service Desk Analyst
Salary: £18,000 to £23,000 Benefits
Location: Manchester
Contract: Permanent

We are working with a prestigious media firm specialising in marketing and communications, who are looking for a 1st line Service Desk Analyst to take a valued role in their organisation. This will include supporting around 1000 users alongside the team to ensure a smooth run of business operations.

As the 1st Line Service Desk Analyst, you will be working on a variety of technical issues from laptop and hardware troubleshooting, to handling application issues with Adobe or Office 365. In the 1st Line Service Desk Analyst role you will be offered regular training on a number of technologies such as AWS.

To be successful for the 1st Line Service Desk Analyst role, you need one of the below:

* Degree in IT eg Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Systems & Network Administration
* Relevant IT Qualifications (e.g. CompTIA / CCNA / MCSA / MCP / AWS / Azure)
* Previous IT Experience with some of the following: Office 365, Active Directory, Windows 10, Windows Server, Laptop/Hardware support, Adobe
