IT Technician - up to £31,000 Bonus Benefits - London

Location - This is a fully onsite position, where you will be traveling to multiple school sites throughout the week in Croydon and North London.

Working hours - 8:30am - 5pm, they are flexible if you need to start or finish 1 hour either side of the mentioned working hours. The IT Technician can have a 30-minute lunch and then leave earlier.

A client of mine is going through continuous growth and as a result, is looking to hire an IT Technician who will have the opportunity to grow with the business. Within this position the IT Technician will get the chance to work in a number of working environments whilst also receiving training to assist you in expanding your skillset.

In the role of the IT Technician, you will be travelling to different schools and be responsible for resolving an array of issues including but not limited to; working on Azure, user creation, reset passwords, distribution groups, image, deploy and maintain Windows laptops, Tablets and Mac devices, support printers, scanners, projectors and interactive whiteboards, install and test new software, manage and configure student devices, maintain CCTV and potentially assisting in the delivery of projects.

As the IT Technician, you will be working closely with an array of IT teams within the business such as 2nd Line, 3rd Line, Projects, Security & Office 365. Therefore, this is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to various technologies and assist with successfully delivering a range of projects! The successful IT Technician will also have the chance to progress into any of the teams mentioned above.

Key Skills - IT Technician:

* Worked on a Helpdesk/Service Desk
* Troubleshooting - any systems
* Willing to wear a shirt and tie daily
* Good communication skills

Desirable Skills - IT Technician:

* Windows and Mac experience
* Office 365 - SharePoint, Teams
* Operated within Education
* Active Directory administration
