Role: 2nd Line IT Desktop Support Engineer
Duration: 24 Months Ext
Rate: £100-115 per day
Location: Holborn, 5 days per week onsite
We are recruiting for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to provide ongoing onsite support for a Holborn-based client. Within this role the 2nd Line IT Support Engineer will be providing support to users across desktop and iOS devices including Office 365 support. My client is looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer who has extensive desktop support experience who is looking to continue providing onsite desktop user support.
Essential Experience - 2nd Line IT Support Engineer
* Active Directory - password resets
* Office 365 support - distribution lists, account creation, account administration, license management
* Office Suite support including MS Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
* iOS mobile support
* Ability to manage ones own workload
* Ability to work independently
