A leading Government Institution are seeking a Business Analyst to enhance the business requirements, define and implement aspects of a digital solution. This includes requirement definition, cost/benefit analysis and monitoring business service and process design along with supporting test activity.
This is an initial 6 Month initial contract, with excellent scope for extension, Inside IR35. Active SC Clearance is required for this role.
Experience Requirements:
* Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements to articulate relevant requirements. * Define 'as-is' processes and Develop 'to-be' processes in consultation with the Suppliers * Able to work with business change managers, policy and operational stakeholders to ensure the new or amended business design is communicated effectively so business change impacts and activities can be well defined * Ensure technical proposition/solution meets business requirements and define test scripts/specifications to support testing activity to confirm this. * The ability to identify, analyse, establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships across a broad range of technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing suitable challenge where requirements are inconsistent, not evidence based or do not represent value for money
