My client based in Bromley is currently looking to hire a 1st/2nd Line IT Support Analyst to join their growing team. It is a great opportunity for a 1st/2nd Line Engineer to join a great organisation where they will be getting exposure to various projects happening within the company and gain 1 to 1 training with the Manager which will allow you develop your current skill set.
The 1st/2nd Line IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing support to the helpdesk to a variety of users and working on projects with the BAU and project split being 50/50. The role allows a lot of progression. The salary is £27. 243pa with £1,876 London waiting added on making it an overall salary of £29,119pa.
Key Skills for the 1st/2nd Line IT Support Analyst:
* Active Directory - Group Policies * Office 365 - creating users, distribution lists etc. * Windows 10 and Windows Sever 2012 experience * Backup knowledge and experience, ideally Veeam * Understanding of DNS and DHCP * MDM experience * IP telephony experience ideally 8x8 - new users, password resets etc.
Desirable Skills for the 1st/2nd Line IT Support Analyst:
* VMware experience - creating VM's using templates * Antivirus experience * Involved in an Office 365 migration * Microsoft Teams experience
My client are looking for a 1st/2nd Line IT Support Analyst who has previously ideally worked on a Service Desk or Help Desk and that is willing to learn and pick up new skills which they do not have. On top of this an Engineer who can communicate effectively with both IT and Non-IT Users.
