Key Skills for the Junior Service Desk Analyst:
* Experience using the Office 365 suite or VoIP - Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams etc * Experience using Active Directory - adding, creating, deleting users * Customer Service experience * Excellent communication skills
The Junior Service Desk Analyst has a huge amount of potential to grow their skill set with early exposure to projects such as Cloud migrations and email integrations
Desirable Skills for the Junior Service Desk Analyst:
* Networking * Experience with Firewalls * Experience with Intune * Previous Service Desk experience * Experience with VMware/Hyper V * Azure
