Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 Benefits
Location: Hybrid based in Hook

We are currently working with a organisation who are currently looking to bring in an IT Support Technician to support their clients. They are bringing someone in on a permanent basis who is passionate, keen to learn and has previous customer service as well as Office 365 support experience.

The IT Support Technician will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and progress within the company. You will be required to troubleshoot issues over the phone and work on migration projects. In addition to this, you will be working with Azure Active Directory, Office 365, Servers and 3CX. They offer to pay for a couple qualifications and train you up on any systems you are not familiar with.

Essential skills - IT Support Technician:

* Office 365 suite - Outlook/Exchange/Teams/One Drive/SharePoint, deploying updates via Intune, management of basic security features
* Azure - Working with Azure Active Directory, managing Group Policies, File Servers and security polices
* VOIP - Previous experience managing user accounts and troubleshooting issues (ideally worked with 3CX)
* Open minded to learning new technologies and keen to complete training
* A strong team player who can also work independently when required
* Excellent communication skills, able to effectively support customers over the phone and provide good customer service

Desirable skills - IT Support Technician:

* Azure - Building Servers
* Migration / Set up of Office 365
* Networking - VPN/Firewalls
