IT Support Analyst - up to £35,000 Bonus Benefits - Central London
Working onsite 5 days per week
Working hours - 9am - 6pm
A growing Hospitality client, in which I am working with, who has offices all over the world, including Paris, Rome, London, New York and Los Angeles etc.… and have significant growth plans across the business off the back of their continued success are looking to hire an IT Support Analyst to take with them through this progression!
Within this role, you will be responsible for responding to service requests, troubleshooting issues and supporting PC hardware, operating systems and software. Following on from this, you get the chance to assist in delivering projects as the business plans to develop you into a 3rd Line Engineer within the near future.
Key Experience - IT Support Analyst:
* Office 365 administration - User administration * Active Directory - create users, passwords resets * Able to take initiative * Team player * Excellent customer service skills * Excellent communication skills * Passion for IT and development
Desirable Experience - IT Support Analyst:
* Azure AD * Troubleshooting - PCs, Printers * DNS/Networking
