Job Title: 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Analyst - Law Firm Salary: £30,000 to £36,000 Bonus Benefits Location: 50:50 split between working in the Central London office and Remote
We are looking for a experienced Legal 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Analyst to work at a growing Law Firm to provide 1st / 2nd Line support for their users in their Central London office. The 1st / 2nd Line IT Support role offers hybrid working, with a 50:50 split between working in the office and at home.
This is a great opportunity to join a prestigious firm who are undergoing a period of growth and have exciting plans for the IT function. This role would suit someone with previous experience providing IT Support in the legal sector, but they are happy to train you on any applications that you have not worked with.
Working as a Helpdesk / Support Analyst your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing remote and hands-on IT Support for the firm's London users * Resolving IT Support issues, aiming to resolve as many calls as possible at first point of contact * Investigating issues with desktops / laptops and mobile devices * Supporting Windows 10/11, including helping deploy patches and updates * Administering user accounts in Active Directory and O365 * Coordinate calls escalated internally and with third parties * Responding to "How do I.." queries
What they are looking for in a IT Support Engineer: The successful 1st / 2nd Line IT helpdesk / IT Support Analyst will be passionate about delivering a high-quality IT support service, as well as being ambitious to learn and develop your skills.
Your technical knowledge should cover as many of the following as possible:
* Windows 10/11 - Administration & Support * Microsoft Office 2019 / 2016 / O365 suite * SharePoint Intranet Portal * Microsoft Office applications (M365) - Administration & Support * Active Directory experience * Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) * Hardware support for PCs / Laptops * Basic networking experience eg Switches, VPNs * Experience supporting AV equipment is advantageous. * Excellent Diagnostic and resolution skills * Proficiency using ITSM ticket management system. * Aderant (PMS) * InterAction (CMS) * NetDocuments (DMS)
