Role: IT Data Governance Officer / Manager
Location: London (predominately remote - maximum of 1 day per week required in London)
An IT Data Governance Manager is required by a London-based public sector organisation who are currently embarking on an IT-led business transformation. The IT Data Governance Manager will be responsible for undertaking impact and risk assessments which can then be translated by technical SMEs in to digital project deliverables.
The IT Data Governance Manager will be working with multiple IT project and programme teams concurrently to identify areas of information and data protection risk in the solutions, upgrades and migrations that are being implemented. As such, the IT Data Governance Manager will need a strong IT understanding, specifically around cloud technologies, in order to understand the associated risk. Ideally, the IT Data Governance Manager will have extensive Office 365 knowledge, however as a minimum the successful IT Data Governance Manager will need to understand the controls that can be implemented within Office 365.
