THE JOB:
The role of the Graduate QA Analyst:
* Working as a Graduate QA Analyst where you will be ensuring data sources are working efficiently. * Help the team in setting up the Quality Assurance function and growing as it develops. * Working through business processes and mapping out the data within the organisation * Give advice to the hospital around the data they are collating and manipulating ensuring they understand the processes * Learn and understand the companies Datawarehouse and what the data sources are that are being used. * Liaise with teams within the company to understand and manage their strategic data needs. * Contribute to BI development project plans and deliver test plans as part of BI development projects. * Be a key part in the companies continual move to Azure * Learn and develop your skills within an huge organisation that will train and mold you into a seasoned QA Analyst.

* Passion for data processes * Be a logical thinker and able to mold to a company's values and needs. * Complete a degree/apprenticeship relating to Quality Assurance * Have a strong desire to learn and develop throughout your time with the organisation. * Excellent Communication skills and stakeholder skills * Be a strong influencer and able to relay your ideas clearly and concisely.
Desired Skills of a Graduate QA Analyst:
* Prior experience as a QA Analyst or related role * Experience with Data Governance or Change processes. * Experience with SQL, ETL Pipelines or Data warehousing * Understanding of data processes and how to fix issues that arise.
Soft Skills:
* Reliable - can work in a team but also by themselves. * Team player * Communication skills - key to the success of this role
