Service Desk Analyst - up to £25,500 Benefits - Cambridge

Working hours: 8:30-16:30 or 9:30-17:30 (flexible) but will require to work 8:30-13:30 every other Saturday which will be 1.5x pay and can be worked remotely.

The role is a fully onsite role, therefore commuting to the office 5 days a week.

A highly recommended client of mine based near Cambridge is currently looking for an Service Desk Analyst to join their growing IT Team. They are looking for a driven individual who is approachable, sociable and is keen to grow a career within IT.

As the Service Desk Analyst, you will be working closely with your Service Desk colleagues, Network and Infrastructure Engineers and the Security team so this is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to various technologies.

In addition, the Service Desk Analyst will also be given a lot of training on and off the job as well getting the opportunity to complete a number of training courses and certifications.

Service Desk Analyst - Key Skills:

* A strong passion for IT
* A self-driven individual
* Keen to learn and progress
* Clear written and verbal communications

Service Desk Analyst - Desirable Skills:

* Experience with Active Directory
* Knowledge of Office 365
* Previous experience configuring iPhone
* Any certifications or Qualifications are a bonus (including degrees and A levels)
