BI Manager - up to 53,000 Benefits - Central London/Hybrid

Rate: Up to £53,000

Location: Hybrid: 2 days per week in Central London

The role:

An NHS body that are currently undergoing an IT Change and Transformation Programme across the business are looking for a BI Manager to join their team. The BI Manager will be part of a growing function and be given the opportunity to spearhead future enhancements.

BI Manager - Responsibilities:

* Ensure delivery of business intelligence and/or data related products, tools and techniques to support the ongoing operations and strategic direction of the organisation
* Responsible for the line management of the Information Business Partners ensuring quality assurance of their outputs and engagements
* Developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders and the development and promotion of data and analytical services
* Plan and manage the workload of the team including the allocation of ad hoc analysis and resource planning for projects across the organisation.
* Lead the collection, analysis, production and presentation of internal and external reports for internal projects
* Develop highly relevant insight into organisational performance

BI Manager - Key Skills:

* Team leadership
* SQL - read and write queries
* Understand data and be able to explain the importance of it and why it is used to stakeholders
* Used any data visualisation skill

BI Manager - Desirable Skills:

* Any relevant certifications
* Used Power BI
* Worked in a busy environment
* Implemented new systems
