Role: Administrator Team Lead
Duration: 6 Months Ext
Location: Stratford (minimum 1 day per week in office)
Rate: £180 - £200 per day VAT

An exciting client is looking to hire an Administrator Team Lead who will provide support on a key project for the business. There is a large pipeline of work for the Admin Team Lead, so an extension is highly likely.
The Administrator Team Lead will be responsible for customer service, maintaining reports on Excel, inform the business of any queries that need to be resolved and ensure they are sent to the right business area.
In the role of Administrator Team Lead, you will need to have past Administrator experience, strong customer service expertise alongside having worked with Excel and reports.
Essential Experience - Administrator Team Lead:
* Maintained reports
* Team leadership/mentoring
* Worked with 3rd party vendors
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desirable Experience - Administrator Team Lead:
* Relevant certifications
* Managed multiple reports at once
Worked with large data sets
