Location: Remote / Flexible location

The role:

A leading Central Government Institution are seeking an SC Cleared Commercial Lead, to undertake an initial 12-month contract, Inside IR35.

The role will facilitate the enabling of delivery of major digital transformation programmes and includes (and is not limited to) leading and managing staff, as well as developing and managing discrete deliveries of innovative products or specific categories of services.

Experience Requirements:

* Manages Complexity: Experience of managing large contracts with complex commercial structures to ensure value for money is achieved. Demonstrating strategic thinking, flexibility, risk management and resilience.
* Builds Relationships: Experience of building and influencing strong, productive relationships at all levels and with a variety of stakeholders with different backgrounds, perspectives and drivers, in a highly complex, fast-moving, commercially focused environment.
* Commercial Focus: Experience of delivering a high-quality commercial service across the full commercial lifecycle including knowledge and understanding of commercial policies, their practical application, and the ability to implement the latest commercial methodologies.
* Decisive - Experience in developing business cases/plans, commercial strategies, presenting commercial options to business stakeholders and presenting commercial cases for approval at senior Boards.
* Resilient - The ability to work under pressure and deliver multiple projects within agreed timescales.
* Coaching Manager - Strong leadership ability which has developed high performing teams and has been used to manage projects.
