Application Support Lead - Central London - £40,000 to £50,000 Benefits

We are working with a leading law firm based in central London who are looking to hire a experienced Application Support Lead to join their growing team. The Application Support Lead will be responsible for managing a team of 5, implementing improvements to BAU processes and completing various projects.

Key skills and experience required for the Application Support Lead role:

* Experience designing and implementing solutions, assessing various tools and methods, evaluating the impacts to the business to result in the best outcome for the organisation.
* Engaging senior stakeholders to elicite requirement for new systems and software
* Experience leading a team of a similar size ideally within another law firm.
* Experience promoting change management processes and leading CABs
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in addition to managing demanding stakeholders (both technical and non-technical
* Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, to be able to handle situations quickly and effectively in a high pressured environment

The Application Support Lead will also need to have experience with some of the following technologies:

* SCCM - OS deployments and supporting applications, application packaging
* Windows 10 & Windows Server - troubleshooting experience to root cause
* Office 365 - mailbox management and licensing
* Active Directory - administration such as password resets, account creation and management, checking attributes and distribution groups, group policy management
* Azure - provision servers and root cause analysis and handling AD sync issues
* Citrix - supporting and disconnecting user sessions
* Supported legal applications
