Application Support Analyst - Central London - £35,000 to £42,000 Benefits
We are working with a leading law firm based in central London who are looking to hire a experienced Application Support Analyst to join their growing team.
The Application Support Analyst will be responsible for:
* Ensuring the smooth operation of all business applications and providing high quality support to the firms users * Investigating and resolving all problems in systems, processes and services and documenting solutions. * Playing a key part in assisting with the implementation of agreed Fixes and preventative measures, following change processes. * Working with other technical teams within the business on projects, incidents and general service improvements. * Troubleshooting incidents and performing root cause analysis to reduce Incidents and Problems moving forward.
Essential Requirements for the Application Support Analyst:
* SCCM - OS deployments and supporting applications * Windows 10 & Windows Server - troubleshooting experience to root cause * Office 365 - mailbox management and licensing * Active Directory - administration such as password resets, account creation and management, checking attributes and distribution groups * Great communication skills, ability to think on their feet and can handle high stress situations working with demanding stakeholders in pressurized environments
The ideal candidate for the Application Support Analyst will have some of the following experience:
* SCCM - application packaging * Azure - provision servers and root cause analysis and handling AD sync issues * Active Directory - group policy creation * Citrix - supporting and disconnecting user sessions * Supported legal applications * Legal background
