1st/2nd Line IT Support Analyst - up to Â£33,000 Bonus Benefits - Hybrid - Central London
An exciting Managed Service Provider who are currently onboarding a number of new clients and have significant growth plans across the business off the back of their continued success are looking to hire an 1st/2nd Line IT Support Analyst.
This 1st/2nd Line IT Support Analyst will be expected to be in the office in Central London 4 days per week.
In this role, the 1st/2nd Line IT Support Analyst will start the role by embarking on in-depth training courses and then be responsible for project and BAU work. The projects will include laptop rollouts and M365 migrations and the BAU issues will vary on a daily basis.
The 1st/2nd Line IT Support Analyst will be given the chance to progress in the business as they take pride in helping their staff develop into more senior positions within the organisation, to assist in their career growth.
