Title: Escalation Engineer (3rd Line)

Location: Pall Mall - Hybrid

Salary: Upto £60,000 Benefits

Contract/Permanent: Permanent

Working Hours : Between 7am - 6pm (9-hour shift)

Hours per week: 40

THE JOB:

The role of a 3rd Line Engineer:

* Working with multiple technologies and getting hands on experience with them
* Troubleshooting a wide array of 3rd Line issues using technologies including PowerShell, VMware, Azure and many others
* Get hands on experience with bespoke technologies
* Handling complex 3rd line/infrastructure problems
* Be the point of contact for complex troubleshooting issues and involves problem solving at the highest level
* Management of the internal Infrastructure

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

Essential Skills:

* Office 365 suite troubleshooting - Intune, Teams, Exchange etc.
* VMware/Hyper V exposure - 3rd Line Troubleshooting - E.g. - Slow Server, moving server to another host, expanding disc drive
* General 3rd Line Support

Additional Technical experience that is desired:

* Working in an MSP environment
* Experience within a fast-paced environment
* Any Certifications

Soft Skills:

* Reliable - can work in a team but also by themselves
* Team player
* Customer Service - clear communication skills and able to articulate easily
