2nd Service Desk Analyst - London - £30k Excellent Benefits
An exciting opportunity has become available with an ambitious, rewarding, fast paced Logistical client based in central London. They are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team who has experience providing IT and Desktop Support via a Service desk to internal users.
The role will entail supporting the company's users, dealing with IT Service Desk requests and helping to resolve all IT issues. This role also includes; new equipment roll-out, project work and infrastructure upgrades and configuration of company technological assets.
Essential Experience:
* 2nd Line Support Experience
* Windows Desktop OS (up to Windows 10)
* Active Directory / Group Policy
* Exchange Server / Office 365
* Desktop Support - Desktop Deployments, Laptops, Phones, Tablets
* Audio-Visual Setup and Support
* TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP
* Mac OSX
Desirable Experience
* Certifications - Microsoft
* VMware Experience
