Working Hours : 09:00-17:30pm
Hours per week: 37.5

THE JOB:
The role of a 1st Line Engineer:
* Working with multiple technologies and getting hands on experience with them * Troubleshooting a wide array of 1st Line issues using technologies including O365, Active Directory and MacOS * Get hands on experience with bespoke technologies * Handling 1st line BAU problems * Be the first point of contact for troubleshooting issues and involves problem solving at the highest level * Get the opportunity to build your skillset and develop into a valued IT Engineer
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
Essential Skills:
* Software support (Office365) - Troubleshooting of Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive * Active Directory - Creating accounts / Permissions / Adding and removing users / Password Resets * Supporting a MAC environment * Experience logging tickets and receiving calls on a Service Desk
Additional Technical experience that is desired:
* Experience with Azure - Building out VMs * Intune - Mobile Device Management * Working in an ITIL environment * Experience within a fast-paced environment * Multi Factor Authentication
Soft Skills:
* Reliable - can work in a team but also by themselves
* Team player * Passion for IT
* Customer Service - clear communication skills and able to articulate easily
