We are working with an organisation based near Cambridge who are looking for a Service Desk Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team supporting networks, voice and infrastructure. The ideal Service Desk Manager will have hands on experience in networks, voice and infrastructure, however as a minimum they are looking for a Service Desk Manager with experience managing a large infrastructure, regardless of IT support specialism.

* Experience having managed IT service desk teams * Technical IT background prior to management * ITIL knowledge
