As part of a wider Information Technology PMO function, we are recruiting for a Business Support Officer to assist with the improvement of the functionality of the programme management office.
The responsibilities of the Business Support Officer will include:
* Creating organisational charts and their supporting processes * Developing single source of truth (SSOT) for headcount within the PMO * Documenting change control process * Standardising weekly and monthly operational reports including KPIs * Completing analysis of proposed folder structure work for department * Compiling training needs analysis for the department * Collating information and producing reports on health and well-being data and feedback
The successful Business Support Officer will need the following experience:
* Strong Excel, Visio and PowerPoint * Data analysis * Attention to detail, highlighting errors/anomalies * Producing and collating materials for reports and scheduling updates * Documenting standard operating procedures * Working in a business office/PMO function * Risk Management
